Job Description



We are seeking a professional Medical Receptionist to join our team in Jenks, United States. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative duties efficiently and professionally.

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Manage the office calendar, visitor scheduling system
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and professional at all times
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks
  • Process incoming referrals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of reception or related customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accuracy in daily tasks
  • Experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, phone systems)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic data entry and record-keeping abilities
  • Experience with insurance verification and authorizations
