We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role will play a key part in evaluating candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, and participating in our campus outreach initiatives. Responsibilities: • Assist with the screening and evaluation of applicants for positions across the company, especially Loan Officer Trainees, Loan Officers, and Processors. • Conduct initial resume reviews and prescreen candidates. • Help maintain applicant tracking and keep candidate records organized and up to date. • Participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and information sessions. • Coordinate with local colleges and universities to promote internship and trainee opportunities. • Support the Recruiting and HR teams with reporting, communications, and project support as needed. Qualifications: • 1+ year of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience preferred (internships included). • Interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or campus recruitment. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are a plus. • Must be comfortable interacting with candidates and school representatives, both virtually and in-person.
