"This fall, ABC News Chief Legal Analyst, host of top rated On Patrol Live and The Dan Abrams Show on Sirius XM , author, and restaurateur Dan Abrams is opening Danny’s, an American Wine Bistro. Set in the heart of the Flatiron District in what was once the iconic Ladies’ Mile neighborhood, Danny’s will evoke a timeless dining experience with an old school feel, banquettes, faded photos, and an original hand painted mural. The menu will feature elegant and elevated classic dishes by renowned chef Ed Tinoco of Metropolis and The Alinea Group, along with a cocktail menu filled with reimagined classics, local beers, and a variety of non-alcoholic selections curated by General Manager and Bar Director Alexis Belton Tinoco most recently of The Corner Store. A prominent feature of Danny’s will be the all-American wine list that will highlight wine from under-appreciated states such as Virginia, Texas, New York and Michigan."

Job Title: Server

Job Summary:   We are seeking a reliable and experienced Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food, cocktail and wine.
• Offer prompt and efficient service of food & beverages to guests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns.
• Properly process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Clean and set up tables and dining areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server (2-5 years).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
