The Product Marketing Customer Analytics team is seeking a Technical Project Manager to effectively manage and support operations of customer analytics with advanced, scalable and robust architecture, tools, data products, and critical data pipelines that are optimized for rapid business intelligence, data analysis, and data science. **Description** Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships. Ability to drive teams/decisions through ambiguity. Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions. Familiarity and ability to drive projects to completion using Agile/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to/drive design discussions. Understanding of customer journey, privacy practices and compliance is a huge plus. Structured thinking with ability to easily break down ambiguous problems and propose impactful solutions. Significant experience managing engineering projects through all phases, including requirements, ETL, data quality assessments, and data exploration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence. **Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with medium to large scale, enterprise applications. + BS/MS in Computer Science Quantitative Finance, Math, Physics or a related Engineering degree **Preferred Qualifications** + Manage complex and large scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives. + Interface with business, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources. + Ensure delivery of project scope on time while meeting or exceeding quality standards and stakeholder expectations. + Remove any barriers that might prevent achievement of project business goals. + Measure and track project performance using data, appropriate systems, tools and techniques. + Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support as well as communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders. + Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. + Proficient in SQL and ability pick up new tech skills independently. + Good understanding of Programming paradigm, SDLC, Application development, Data Pipeline, ETL and Cloud Computing. + Implement continuous improvements to the engineering organization and the program management process. Improve product development and delivery quality. **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
